Day 206: 10/23/2018

I tried Pomodoro technique for the first time and it works!

Like other typical days, I woke up and went out for a run after a 10-day break. Later, determined to be more productive as inspired by the workshop yesterday, I decide to try Pomodoro technique after hearing about it for ages and reading about it on a Forbes article last night.

As suggested by the article, I tried to work in cycle. Once I arrived at King’s Manor and had lunch, I tried it out while reading in preparation for tomorrow’s class. For the first round, I set the time at 25 minutes, then I turned all the social media off and worked throughout. I must say that it works for me and helps me to be more focused and much less distracted. Apparently, it works so well.
