Day 32, Year 2: 5/1/2019

Little by little, I move slowly but surely.

Both P’Gluay and I got up late this morning. Last night, I needed to get up before 3 to sign up for a running event in Thailand and it took me a while to get back to sleep. Thus, this morning, I decided to stay in bed longer to ensure that I got enough sleep for a long day ahead of me.

As soon as I got up, I planned for the day and the rest of the week. I needed to shake things up and move them around to fit my rather tight schedule this week. Also, there is a long to-do list for me to finish this week starting from tomorrow working on my research instruments and developing planning and reviewing forms for the training package.

I recently realized that I have finally successfully established the morning routine. That is when I get up every morning, work on important tasks in the morning and work towards my to-do list in the afternoon and evening. Though there are times I still struggle to get up as early as six, overall it has been great and the days have become longer and more productive. I also feel incredible because I can finish more during the day and am able to fulfill my needs and wants in academic and personal life.
