Day 305: 1/30/2019
I let today be an easy one to let my brain and body recover from mental and physical fatigue.
Again, I got up an hour later than my plan but it was all right. I could still make it to the experiment at 10.30 on time at the school.
On my way to school today, there were icy and frosted greens everywhere. It was another reminder to me that nature is always stunningly beautiful.

Then because there were more people showing for the experiment than needed, I had to leave. That said, I gained two hours back on my schedule. I took off to my office at the ReCSS and stayed there, having a chat with friends, printing some documents (my progress report and literature review draft for my Progression Meeting preparation) for a while before leaving for Tah Tien. Also, I got some admin work done at the office.
I arrived at Tah Tien for lunch just before 2 pm and went off to Naree’s apartment around 2.30. Having finished the business for Naree, P’Gluay and I went back home and relaxed a bit with a cup of latte for each of us. Then I went off for an afternoon run in about 1 degree winter weather. It was really refreshing run though and I felt even more re-energized after it.

At first, I planned to do some work and record a podcast episode after grocery shopping at Waitrose. I decided to take a full relaxing day for myself to recover and be ready for the coming days. It was not at all a wise or best decision but I believe it was something that my body and soul have longed for after a harsh few days straight.
Tomorrow I will have to get back on track and be ready for the Progression Meeting. It is one-shot type of thing (well, there are actually a second chance for those who may not do well in their first) that I want to do well and pass. To accomplish it, I have to work on it hard, real hard.
Let us see how it goes!
