My (very first) New Year’s Resolutions

I am willing to (work hard to) accomplish the followings in 2017:

  • Write something (a tweet, a journal entry, or a letter) every day
  • Travel 3 times (either domestic or international) at least
  • Get accepted to a phd program in a British university
  • Put my cellphone on airplane mode while working
  • Read for an hour every day (non-academic things)
  • Exercise at least 3 times a week
  • Keep notes of what I do closely
  • Stay tech-free in bed
  • Sleep 7 hours a day
  • Drink more water
  • Be more productive and disciplined!

Through years, I have learned that New Year's resolution maybe a good idea for some particular people. While I haven’t actually written one in the past, I am willing to commit this year with the list above. Let’s see what future holds…..
