Memories of Time and Places

I didn’t realize how many photos I have or how many places I have been as much these days. Don’t get me wrong. It doesn’t mean that I don’t remember anything but I just didn’t take my time to really concentrate, remember and reflect upon what I go through each day as I used to when I was younger.

Today when I went through my photos on my phone, I found lots of memories and moments I wanted to remember but unfortunately were forgotten. Thanks to technology for keeping track of where I have been using GPS and what I have done using photo albums. So, I was able to reflect on what I have been through in the past four years at a glance.

After deleting over 2,000 photos on my phone, here is what my photo album looks like — a great deal of memories.

What’s more, of course there are plenty of good old memories left behind on my phone waiting for me to rediscover and re-indulge the moments from the past.

This is from earlier this year. I took these photos on our way back from Khon Kaen via Bangkok and Narita to New York.

in-flight meal, a super long walk way in Narita and limited edition Pocky
Narita Airport at dusk and somewhere over the rainbow

I didn’t realize I took these many photos on our way back because I didn’t post them all on social media. To me, these are my memories and they are not to be shared publicly with everyone. Don’t get me wrong (again)! I have no problem with those who post on their social media every five minutes.
I really don’t. But to me, I just like to think, take my time to select and post only some but not all I take. Maybe I’m just better in making decision in this sense. Or maybe it is just my laziness…..

Gotta go now… Good night!
